What it is
A network of local business offers and promotions, currently running in Madariaga and Pinamar, with 140 businesses and 90 of them monetised.
How it started
He audited the existing platform on his own initiative, found serious vulnerabilities and took them to the owner. The partnership came out of that conversation.
The problem
The old system was fragile and insecure, and it did not show up on Google when somebody searched for offers in their own town. The real risk was not technical: it was businesses cancelling.
The solution
A total rebuild across four environments, with the public pages server-rendered so that search by city and category actually works.
What I built
- Public portal with SEO by city and category.
- Business dashboard.
- Franchisee dashboard.
- Admin panel with an immutable audit log.
- A bookings system sold as a separate service, with MercadoPago in marketplace mode: each business connects its own account in one click, the money lands directly in that account, and the platform never touches the transaction.

Outcome
The rebuild is 80% done and already running across all four environments. What actually changed is not the design: it is that someone searching Google for an offer in their own town now lands on the page of the business, and that each business gets paid into its own MercadoPago account without the platform ever touching the money.
