Method

  1. Diagnosis

A meeting where we do not talk about the website. We talk about the business: what you sell, how an order comes in, where money leaks out, and what is still done by hand. No charge.

  2. Proposal

A document with the exact scope, what is explicitly out of it, timeline, price and payment terms. If it is not written down, it is not agreed.

  3. Architecture

Data model, flows, roles and screens before a single line of code. This is where the expensive problems turn up, while they are still cheap.

  4. Build

Working deliveries you can click through. You see real progress the whole way, not a surprise at the end.

  5. Launch

Deploy, domain, certificates, loading the real data, and training whoever will use it every day.

  6. Ongoing support

The system stays running and stays maintained. Most projects keep growing after they are handed over.
